Just wanted to briefly offer my humble praises regarding the above-referenced article. It is one of the most to-the-point, concise and informative IT pieces I've read in some time, and that takes in quite a few. In addition to its professional value, I loved your humorous overtones about powdered milk, etc. Also, I hope you don't want royalties for use of your analogy about the family reunion when attempting to explain the concept of inheritance to the layman. I intend to use it a lot! Anyway, thanks very much for your contribution and keep jammin!

Thank you for this article, it was the most in depth article about .NET zero deployment that I've found! I have seen similar articles like yours that all seem to describe the same .NET zero deployment technique for Windows Forms applications. None of the articles mention anything about an executable that happens to have a config file.

I just finished your article on "auto deployment" and was basically stunned you could do this...As it is, this article on deployment is just what I wanted for some administrators of my website so that I don’t have to put any webforms on my site...Look forward to more VB.NET articles...You the man!

Your article is a hose [South African slang for "fantastic"]. The anology is absolutely perfect & it is great to see a sense of humour in a technical article. Many thanks for brightening up my day
