Later, we normally start to draw up plans and design our system. Next, we actually write the programming code and implement database designs. Then we deploy the system and soon thereafter enter into a maintenance mode. Sooner or later, due to changing technologies and changing business needs, we once again find ourselves gathering specifications and requirements for updating the system and the process starts all over again.
